YMCA C&D BLOCK
The YMCA site in central Milton Keynes is set for a £55 million redevelopment to accommodate a number of new facilities including 261 build to rent residential apartments, retail areas, underground parking and communal terrace amenity areas. Amenity areas will include a lounge for residents and a gym.
Once complete C&D block will be recognised as one of the tallest buildings in the Milton Keynes area. C&D block will include shared accommodation for short term housing alongside self contained studio and 1 bedroom apartments. YMCA aims to provide affordable housing and support for young people to ensure their development and growth.
YGHP are providing C&D Block with 261 indirect heat interface units to provide residents with clean and stable heating and hot water direct to their home. Using YGHP indirect heat interface units also contributes to ensuring a carbon neutral future.
