This development is set to preserve the history of the iconic grade II* listed Hornsey Town Hall by giving it a new breath of life. Directed by Ardmore construction and Whitecode Design Associates, the restoration plans set to revive the local community by providing a new arts centre, co-working/flexible workspaces, a cinema restaurants/cafés and versatile event spaces.
Along with the restoration comes 146 new residences within the grounds of the town hall, across 2 newly-built blocks. Located only a stones throw from central London this is the perfect setting for inner city commuters looking for local affordable housing. YGHP will be working closely with NWP to provide this exciting restoration with 122 indirect heat interface units.
YGHP indirect heat interface units provide a clean and reliable source of hot water and heating directly to the home and also reduce the carbon footprint of the entire development.
