Do YGHP have area sales representatives?
Yes. YGHP have dedicated sales representative for every region. For your local representative information please see the contact us page or contact our sales office on 0845 0170796
How long will it take to receive my item?
YGHP stock most items. If it is an off the shelf item, typically you shall receive the item withinn 48 hours unless you have paid for an express service. If the item is a bespoke item this will typically take between 7-10 days from drawing sign off.
What is the difference between a buffer tank and calorifier?
Typically a buffer tank is made from steel, lined or stainless steel and stores heating or hot water in a tank. A well insulated buffer tank will keep temperatures high for a vast amount of time. A calorifier has either a coil or heat exchanger that will heat the water inside the tank via outsource energy power (boiler / renewable).
Are YGHP water heaters WRAS approved?
Yes! All YGHP water heaters are WRAS, CE and UK approved.
Are YGHP HIU tested?
Yes! The indirect heat interface unit is not only UK tested, but test results show that the YGHP HIU is one of the most stable, high performance units on the market today.
Are YGHP HIU WRAS approved?
Yes! The HIU’s equipment is WRAS approved.
Can you modify / offer bespoke design service?
Yes. YGHP have a skilled team ready to undertake any special requests or options to buffer tanks, calorifiers or heat interface units.
Can i track my purchase?
Yes once we have received an order, we will issue a confirmation along with tracking details once the item has left YGHP.
Can i cancel or return my order?
Yes, please note orders may incur a surcharge or restocking fee. YGHP reserve the right to refuse any return for bespoke items once drawing has been signed off by the customer.
Returned items and packaging must be in the condition they left YGHP. All cancellations / returns must be approved by YGHP by email.
